Use tubing in your exercise routines and fitness stations! Get both small and large groups active
for warm-ups or use as station routines. Place spots on the floor and have participants perform
the tubing exercises featured on the spot. Students will have a blast learning the different tubing
exercises while toning and strengthening their muscles. Set includes 12 molded vinyl spots, each
measuring 8½" dia. x 1/8" thick.
